How do I return an item?

We treat our returns & exchanges, as seriously as we do our orders, that is why we endeavour to turn around all returns within 24 hours.
If you are not happy for whatever reason, or you have purchased an incorrect size, you can return the goods to us, hassle free, by following the steps below.

You must first and foremost contact us to receive an RMA returns number and also a return address. If you return an item without an RMA number or without following the guidelines below, we reserve the right to refuse a return, as outlined in our terms and conditions, which can also be found in our store.

Once you have contacted us and we have provided a returns number and return address, you must then place the product back into its original packaging, and return it to us. We recommend using a traceable service for this as we can’t accept responsibility for goods not reaching us.

Please note – the returns number must be clearly stated on the inside and the outside of the packaging, it will also help if you include a note with the return explaining your requirements or alternatively use our return form which has been included with your order.

If you are required to pay return postage for your goods – that must be paid for before we can return the goods to you, this is at our discretion, however, payment would need to be made via Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, Personal Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Transfer. We will contact you about this should it be required.

Once we receive back your goods, providing everything is ok, we will have your return processed & your exchange despatched, all within 48 hours.

I have received a faulty or incorrect item

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you should contact our team who can help you organize the return and exchange of the product.
